The confirmation program at St. Philip's is going through an exciting transition period. We are gearing our program towards 9th and 10th graders, and our focus will not just be on the bible and small catechism, but service and what it means to be the "Body of Christ." We get together generally on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month at 6:30PM-8PM in the fellowship hall at the church. Towards the end of the two year process, the youth will be asked to prepare their own statement of faith to present to some of the leaders of the congregation, and will be celebrated on Reformation Sunday, October 28,2012. Throw in a retreat or two for good measure, and that's what we call confirmation!
