MAKING DISCIPLES • PRAISING GOD • SERVING THE COMMUNITY

PINNERS & KNOTTERS

The Pinners and Knotters gather each month to make quilts for Lutheran World Relief, the largest foreign aid organization of the world, and like the ELCA, a part of the Lutheran World Federation. The quilts are sent all over the world to impoverished and war-torn areas of the world. They provide warmth to those who lack sufficient clothing. But they also provide a witness of caring and love to those who are so often forgotten.

On the dates that the group meets, they gather from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon. Join the social time and help us with this great service to others. We need help to sew, pin, knot, set up, and clean up.

New-comers are always welcome! We'll even help train those who are not as skilled at quilting. Simply contact the church office for more information about this fun and easy way to serve the Lord.

For those that are hearing impaired, St. Philips has listening devices.
These devices are stored in a rack to the left of the door leading to the Sanctuary. It would be greatly appreciated if they are turned off after each usage.
